I am very pleased with the wheel chair from Invacare. The chair was received in a shorter period of time than the shipping time that was given when I placed the order. The chair was in excellent condition. The footrest was in a separate box but was received at the same time as the wheel chair. I had shopped around at local medical supply places and the price that I paid by ordering online was 50% less than the local medical supply stores were charging. I did not have to pay shipping charges. The wheel chair is very well made, easy to fold and carry in the trunk of your car. I am very pleased with the product.

This is a wonderful product for the money. My only problem was that a 20″ seat wheelchair will “JUST” fit through a 30″ door, and if the door is off a hall…good luck.I think the overall width of the chair should be included in the add. I live in Calif, the product was shipped to me from Calif., but when I wanted to exchange it for a smaller chair, they told me that I would have to send it to Ohio..”$80.00+” and re order it. Ordering the chair was my fault……Having to return the chair to Ohio????
